Eph. 4:2 captures the essence of leadership style at TMCC: "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love."

All our leaders, both pastoral and lay, will be expected to lead in humility, gentleness, patience, and love. This precludes top-down leadership styles.
